Hydraulic Maintenance Mechanic

salary: $52,000 - $62,400 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems used in post-tensioning equipment.
  
  
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
  
  
• Replace or repair defective components such as pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses.
  
  
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical manuals.
  
  
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
  
  
• Conduct pressure testing to verify system integrity and performance.
  
  
• Collaborate with engineers and operators to improve system reliability.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
  
  
• Keep tools and work areas clean, organized, and in good working condition.
  
  
• Respond promptly to equipment failures to minimize downtime.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
