Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-10:30am

Are you a reliable, hands-on individual who takes pride in keeping things clean, safe, and running smoothly? Were looking for a dedicated Maintenance Person/Custodian to join our team and help maintain a small, professional office building.

What You'll Do:
Perform light maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, touch-up painting, etc.)

Keep common areas (restrooms, kitchens, hallways, lobbies) clean and organized

Monitor building systems and report larger issues to management

Ensure the property is safe and presentable for staff and visitors

Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory

What Were Looking For:
Dependable and self-motivated with strong attention to detail

Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)

Experience in janitorial or custodial work a plus but not required

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks safely

Must pass background check and have reliable transportation
