Cleaner/ Porter $20 per hour for Apartment complex

Starting Rate: $20 per hour

Job duties will include but not limited cleaning move outs and preparing units for move-in, removing trash from exterior dumpsters, cleaning and maintaining common areas to maintain welcoming environment for residents. Also communicating with management about any maintenance issues.

The schedule would be from 9am - 6pm daily. The property is ran 7 days a week so we are looking for a couple people to cover the schedule. Weekend availability preferable. But let me know of your availability, part-time or full-time positions available.
