Good Day Cafe in Long Beach,CA is looking for one part-time dishwasher to join our awesome team. We are located at 416 Cherry Ave, near the 4th Street/Retro Row neighborhood. Starting hourly wage is $16.50/hr + tips with opportunities to learn and room to grow within an organization of dedicated and respectful people.

The responsibilities of the position include:

Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans by hand using a 3 compartment sink
Sorting and stack clean dishes
Carrying and putting dishes away in proper storage areas
Light food prep responsibilities as time permits, such as cracking eggs, washing and cutting vegetables, packaging, etc
Maintain a clean and tidy work area
Follow health and safety guidelines

Qualifications:
Weekend availability
Consistent attendance record and punctuality is a must
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Strong work ethic and moving with a sense of urgency
Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend forward frequently and stand on your feet for 7 hours
Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a big plus!
