PT Valet Attendant Table Mountain Inn

Collegiate Hotel Group , is seeking a Valet Attendant/Van Driver to join Table Mountain Inn and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting guests in a warm and personal manner
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entrance to the hotel
• Assists guests with carrying luggage and other items to room if requested
• Parking and retrieving guest vehicles in an efficient and safe manner
• Driving hotel shuttle to assigned locations for guest pick-up and drop-off
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Prior customer service experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Outgoing personality
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally
• Team player
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests
• Customer service focus
