Job Details Cannonball restaurant is looking for a hard working, passionate, professional Server with 4-5 shifts availability preferred. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and grow with our team. Located in the heart of South Pasadena, 7 minutes from neighboring York Blvd, Figueroa Street & Old Town Pasadena. Cannonball! is a partnership between James Beard Award-winning & Michelin starred chef Matt Molina and his longtime business partner & co-owner/operator of HiPPO, E.R.B. & Triple Beam Pizza, Joe Capella. The kitchen program varies from snacks to small plates while being thoughtful, eclectic & gunslinging with offerings both from travels around the world & from within our own communities, all the while maintaining a focus toward complementing extensive wine and spirits lists & craft cocktail menu from an award winning beverage team. Job Summary: The Server will be responsible for all aspects of a guests dining experience while providing exceptional guest service and exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Follow steps of service to provide a quality guest dining experience
• Knowledge of menu descriptions and ingredients
• An unwavering commitment to excellence and hospitality
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with our building employees
• Understanding of dining room and kitchen operations
• Implementation of service standards and systems
• Ensuring guest satisfaction for the duration of their time in our restaurant

Compensation Details:
Benefits: Health insurance benefits for full-time employees after 90 days
