Lead Server Needed

Lead Server Colombian Restaurant (Zafaria District, Long Beach)

Selva Saloon & Fire Food is looking for an experienced Lead Server to join our team in the heart of the Zafaria District. Were a vibrant Colombian restaurant with a focus on fire-cooked food, bold drinks, and warm hospitality.

What were looking for:
A confident, experienced server ready to take on a leadership role
Someone passionate about service, culture, and creating great guest experiences
Interest in additional responsibilities like scheduling, training, and establishing service standards

Must have:
2+ years of fine dining experience in a high-volume restaurant
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Weekend availability

Bonus if you:
Speak Spanish
Have experience with toast POS systems, Yelp reservations, and leading pre-shifts
