Level III Custodian

Duties:

• Maintains the cleanliness of assigned buildings and areas.
• Promptly responds to maintenance issues and emergencies at assigned buildings and areas.
• Assists in the setup and tear down of building activities and events.
• Completes minor maintenance repairs.
• Reports any maintenance issues or major repairs to the maintenance supervisor.
• Adequately performs all assigned duties and tasks.
• Assists with the unloading and inventory check of deliveries.
• Oversees inventory of custodial equipment and reports any needs to the maintenance supervisor.
• Participates in health and safety trainings.
• Complies with all District policies and procedures.
• Performs other functions as assigned.
