Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership.

Purpose:

The basic functions of this position are to clean, maintain, and upkeep Brighton Properties facilities and grounds.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean all common areas.
• Clean and sanitize all common restrooms. Maintain inventory and supplies as needed.
• Observe and uphold maintenance safety and support building security.
• Assist and work with maintenance with the cleaning of all individual units and workspaces being turned for new occupants.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Ability to keep track of inventory.
• Ability to work at multiple facilities as needed.

This is a non-exempt position with an hourly wage of $15.
