Part-Time Voter Registration Clerk

The part-time employee will report to the Clark County Voter Registration Office, located in the Clark County Government Building in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The person filling this position will generally work no more than 30 hours per week. The hours are generally 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, but may vary depending on the needs of the department and the election schedule.

This position will support the operations of the Voter Registration Office and assist the full-time staff by performing a variety of tasks including: processing voter registration applications; updating and maintaining voter records; assisting the public with voter registration, polling locations, and election information; organizing and filing documents; supporting absentee ballot processing; and other duties as assigned related to voter registration and elections.
