ROLE

Excellent communication skills. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and other departments. Full knowledge and understanding of company and department policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be in complete and proper uniform before entering the guest area
• Attend all required meetings and training as scheduled
• Read all posted information in the designated areas so you are constantly informed of what is going on
• Must work in accordance of Clark County health department
• Must have all work cards on their person at all times
• Serve all guest in a timely manner set by management
• Clear all tables, with pre-bussing
• Tray service is used at all times for All Food and Beverage
• Keep all work areas neat and clean, Side stations, Bar, Runner Station
• Knowledge of all Food and Beverage menus, specials, and Property details
• Maintain a positive high energy attitude with guests and fellow employees at all times
• Complete all side work as directed
• Use teamwork at all times
• Always check with MOD before leaving the floor or leaving at the end of the day.
• Stock the expo line with the following: 10 high with rows of 3 of plate ware, side bowls, side plates and ramekins- running side work throughout service
• Stock expo line with spoons, beverage napkins- running side work throughout service (half 3rd pans-half 6th pans)
• Kitchen side station set up - fill ice bin, cups, to go containers- running side work throughout service
• 5 rolls of printer paper
• Cold Sauce station set up- clean/refill dressing with cleans ladles - running side work throughout service as needed
• Empty linen bag at the end of the lunch/dinner shift -- running side work throughout service
• Running clean\dirty silverware throughout service to give to Servers to make roll ups
• Deliver food to tables/assisting food service
• Describe/announce each dish as they arrive to table
• Clear dishes and assist the Server between appetizers and entree
• Menu Knowledge

Requirements

• 1-2 years of High volume restaurant and bar experience.
• Clark County Health Card, Alcohol Awareness Card, Gaming Registration
• Ability to multi task
