Bartender/Server

We are looking for a personable, multitasking, and reliable Bartender/Server to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for crafting quality beverages behind the bar and providing attentive, friendly table service to our guests. Key Responsibilities
Bartending Duties:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes

Verify guests identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment

Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed

Upsell and suggest drink specials or pairings

Handle bar tabs and process transactions accurately

Server Duties:

Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner

Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system

Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional fashion

Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly

Clear and reset tables quickly for new guests

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications
Proven experience as a bartender and/or server preferred

Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology basics

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Basic math and POS system skills

Must meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and move for long periods of time

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (e.g., kegs, cases of bottles)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes noisy environment
