Host / Hostess

Zinque is a hip French-inspired wine bar, with multiple locations in California and Arizona.
We are hiring a host/hostess for our Downtown Los Angeles location.
This position requires at least 2 years of experience with high-volume food and beverage operations and full weekend availability.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, service, food, and who would like to learn about French cuisine and wine.
Please only apply if you have relevant work experience and the following attributes:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a non-corporate and corporate chain restaurant.
- French, spanish speaking is a plus.
- Toast POS knowledge is a plus
- OpenTable knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong hospitality orientation.
- Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks concurrently.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Health Department rules and regulations.
- Must have the ability to work varied and flexible hours.
- Must be able to comply with and implement all Standard Operating Procedures.
