Job Description
We are owners of a mortgage brokerage in downtown Los Angeles. We work very hard to achieve our goals. Were looking for a nanny and housekeeper to help us stay on track with our tight schedule. We have a 13-year-old who basically mainly stays in her room on her iPad. We would like to take business trips and dont want her to be left alone. Since we have a daughter, we only consider a female look after her. We want someone who lives close to DTLA or may want to live with us. The perfect person wont have too many attachments that will interfere with this position. If you live here your rent will be free and we will cover certain expenses, such as utilities, parking, food and cell phone. We live on the 54th floor in a penthouse. We would like you to keep the place clean and the laundry done. The perfect candidate would be open to learning the mortgage business. We will give you free training and pay for your licensing if interested.
