Custodian

Part-Time (9am-2pm)

Summary:

• The Custodian will be responsible for providing routine and preventative cleaning for the Annunciation Holy Spirit campus including School buildings, Church and Rectory.

Essential Job Functions:

• Coordinates with Business Manager or Maintenance Tech on purchase requests.
• Provide custodial cleaning services to buildings and grounds.
• Ensuring the property is clean and presentable.

• Ability to routinely lift, bend, stand, and walk
• Must be able to carry 20-50 lbs
