The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take and deliver orders efficiently, and ensure a positive dining experience for guests. Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist in selecting menu items, take food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen staff, serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals, process payments accurately using Rezku POS system, maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, familiarity with basic math for order taking and bill calculation, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
