Responsible for general maintenance of allfacilities on property. Basic knowledge of HVAC system, alarm system,and generators. Perform routine maintenance. Perform basic painting,plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects relating tomaintenance of the property. Maintaining, repairing, and replacinggaming table layouts with instructions provided by supervisor.QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customerservice, written and verbal communication skills. Requires the abilityto manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be ableto maintain a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends andholidays. Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and GamingCommission Class C license. Must possess a valid driver\'s license andmaintain good driving record. Must have a professional demeanor andpresence with the ability to interact with guests and team members inthe Company. High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Twoyears of maintenance experience is preferred. Must possess excellentguest service skills to effectively deal with guests.
