Ensureconsistent high-quality service to all our team members and guests.Accountable for an assigned cashier bank during their shift and mustbalance at the end of their shift. Execute monetary transactions forguests. Money handling accuracy. Accurately complete necessary paperworkassociated with the position. Comply with all IRGC rules andregulations, as well as federal, state, and local guidelines. Assistguests with player\'s club accounts. Must be friendly and courteous atall times Must be able to apply customer service standards as directedAble to satisfactorily complete assignable work requested by the ShiftManager Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma/GEDMust possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service,written and verbal communication skills. Requires the ability to managemultiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be able tomaintain a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends andholidays. Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and GamingCommission Class C license. Must have a professional demeanor andpresence with the ability to interact with guests and team members inthe Company.
