Be the welcoming face and set the vibe for our lobby and guests! Hook 'em! Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose: To be the first positive impression for guests entering the hotel, and to be a memorable ambassador upon departing the hotel. Providing a warm welcome and a fond farewell while attending the main doors and lobby of the hotel. Provide a highly personalized and professional welcome to guests at the hotel entrance, acknowledging guests as they pass and offer assistance when necessary. Open hotel doors for guests entering/exiting the building while welcoming and introducing guests to the hotel. Assist Bell Staff members with retrieving stored luggage (when needed) Perform other miscellaneous hotel tasks such as deliveries and/or offering directions and guidance within the hotel Remain observant and respond to each guest who passes through entrances.
