Under the supervision of current office staff, the Student Worker is responsible for the following duties:** *- Provide secretarial support when appropriate- Assisting administrative personnel and teachers in providing photocopies and filing- Maintaining and managing private student information in online and physical files- Managing and overseeing bulletin boards and other displays announcing various events- Answering incoming phone calls using professional telephone etiquette and retrieving voicemail if appropriate.- Answering walk-in Customers in a friendly and courteous manner- Handles the paper mail and routes as appropriate- Maintains database, newsletters, and announcement letters- Replenishes office supplies as appropriate- Ability to perform tasks using Google applications- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor* ***Minimum Requirements**- Reliable Transportation- Ability to work up to 4 hours per day- In Good Standing with current school studies
