ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (The following statements are intendedas general illustrations of the work in this job class and are notall-inclusive to this position.) Prepare drinks correctly and promptlyfor guests at bar and Servers. Understand and adhere to established cashhandling procedures and policies. Assist with cleaning the bar area andwith inventory. Appropriately use all bar equipment and cash handlingsystems. Have knowledge of guest alcohol limitations and company policyand procedure regarding limitations. QUALIFICATIONS Must be able toobtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class Olicense. Must be at least 18 Years of age. Must possess excellentteamwork, interpersonal, customer service, and verbal communicationskills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by businessoperations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts maychange.
