We are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Receptionist to work at the Global Headquarters located in Cincinnati, OH.ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors in a friendly and professional manner;Responsible for visitor management and following security protocols at assigned building entry point(s);General office organization, including reception, ordering supplies, faxing, shipping, collaboration with local vendors, etc.;Perform administrative duties in conformity with company policies and procedures; andPerform other tasks as needed.Qualifications2+ years of experience in a professional Assistant/Receptionist position;Must have customer service approach to reception for both external visitors and campus employees;Proficient in Microsoft 365 Software including Word and Outlook. Experience with Microsoft Excel is also preferred;Prior experience sorting/distributing mail, shipping and receiving is preferred;Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; andAttention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as neededMedpace OverviewMedpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO).
