Kitchen Mouse is hiring a for a Friday - Sunday dishwasher for our cafe. We are looking for someone available to work 2:00 PM - 10 PM Friday - Saturday and 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sunday. Potential for more hours and/or career advancement for the right candidate. Dishwashers: Experience washing dishes in a high volume kitchen. Ability to organize, maintain, and upkeep kitchen and common areas. Knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and detergents. Knowledge of proper dish machine and 3 compartment sink use. Bilingual is a plus! Food safety knowledge and ServSafe Food Handler's Certification preferred. Job Requirements: +Morning and evening availability. +Must be able to bend, stoop, reach high and low and work at a constant pace, able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work in a safe manner and follow directions and ability to communicate with supervisors. Experience Needed: +Must have at least 2 years in high volume restaurant.
