As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Vehicle Mechanic to join our maintenance team and help ensure the optimal performance of all resort vehicles.

Job Description:

The Vehicle Mechanic will be an integral part of our maintenance team, responsible for the repair, maintenance, and inspection of all resort vehicles, including ATVs, golf carts, box trucks, and other utility vehicles. This position requires abination of technical skills, attention to detail, and amitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repair on a variety of resort vehicles, including but not limited to ATVs, golf carts, box trucks, and other vehicles.

Diagnose mechanical issues and determine appropriate repairs.

Execute repairs efficiently and effectively, ensuring all vehicles are safe and operational.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

Order and manage inventory of parts and supplies.

Collaborate with the resort maintenance team to ensure timely and effective service.

Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Ad to all safety guidelines and regulations.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally more.

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb all day.

Comfortable working in various weather conditions, as some work may be outdoors.

Excellent manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.

Ability to operate necessary tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or degree from a vocational school is a plus.

Proven experience as a mechanic, with experience working on a variety of vehicles strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Valid driver's license.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Goodmunication and interpersonal skills.
