Provides a pleasant dining experience by maintaining ambiance; helping out with table preparation and food delivery; building and maintaining customer rapport; and recommending menu items and drinks.
Duties:
* Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; and complies with legal regulations.
* Meets restaurant operational standards by implementing productivity, quality, and excellent customer service standards.
* Maintains ambiance by controlling lighting, background music, linen service, glassware, dinnerware, and utensil quality and placement; monitoring food presentation and service.
* Maintains customer service by helping with table preparation, food preparation, and delivery.
* Builds customer rapport by establishing relationships with regular customers and greeting customers.
* Controls costs by minimizing waste.
* Follow company policies and procedures
* Complete daily tasks that are assigned.
Requirements:
* Must be 21 or over and have a valid driver's license.
* Must have a valid Mandatory Alcohol Server Training Permit or the ability to obtain one within two weeks of hire
* Must have a valid Washington State food handlers permit or the ability to obtain one within two weeks of hire
