Job Description

Job Title: Server (Waiter/Waitress)

Location: Turquoise Room

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports to: Restaurant Manager / Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Server to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a warm and professional manner

Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. food allergies, specials)

Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems

Serve food and beverages promptly

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues

Clear tables and reset them for the next guest

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Previous experience as a server or in customer service preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and team player

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must Meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol

High school diploma or equivalent
