Responsibilities: As a Bartender of Formentos Restaurant you are expected to:
Establish yourself as a role model for all staff in the restaurant by being an expert on the food, beverage and service standards teaching and mentoring support staff and holding yourself accountable.
Maintain a consistent beverage program by accurately following recipes & pour standards, keeping pace appropriate with service volume, and adhering to all legal standards for safely handling and serving alcohol.
Guide guests through their dining experience, accommodating special requests, allergies and dietary restrictions.
Pursue personal growth and current industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following sanitation standards and procedures.

Compensation: Hourly ($11.02) plus tips
