Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to order
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items
• Ensure food quality and presentation meets our high standards
• Manage portion control and food cost to maximize profitability
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Required Skills:

• Experience with breakfast cooking techniques
• Strong knife skills and plate presentation
• Passion for using fresh, local ingredients in all dishes

Nice to Have Skills:

• Ability to accommodate special diets and dietary restrictions

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $18/hour
• Maximum Salary: $22/hour
