Job Description:

The Concierge Shift Lead plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless guest experience. You'll lead the concierge team during your assigned shift, serving as a key point of contact for members, guests, and staff. This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role in an environment that hosts a wide range of sports competitions, community events, corporate gatherings, and family entertainmentoften simultaneously.

We're looking for an organized, energetic, and service-minded individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead point of contact for all guest interactions during your shift.

Deliver top-tier customer service to members, guests, and prospective clients.

Oversee and support the concierge team in managing daily operations.

Resolve guest concerns and complaints with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.

Ensure team members adhere to attendance, uniform, and service standards.

Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming front-of-house environment.

Work collaboratively with other departments during high-traffic times and major events.

Monitor schedules, shift coverage, and escalate staffing concerns as needed.

Flexibility required: must be available to work morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in a customer service leadership or supervisory role.

Background in hospitality, sports/recreation, or fitness/wellness environments preferred.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a high-volume setting.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Must be reliable, punctual, and customer focused.

Background check required.
