ANCC is seeking 5 star bartenders to join our restaurant team! The ideal candidate would be available in the evenings and weekends.
Our hospitality team is considered ANCC ambassadors and are welcome to participate in all our company engagements/perks such as benefits for full time employees, complimentary parking and meals included in each shift, bi-weekly pay, company outings/party, holiday bonus, and more!
Job Description:
Maintains bar and serves members and their guests in accordance within established standards of a Platinum Club and with hospitality and professionalism.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Stocks/ sets up bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records.
Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
Performs opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to: inventory, chit control, cleaning, set-up and restocking .
Serves food and beverage items to members and their guests based on established guidelines.
Serves meals to guests if needed.
Communicates guest requests and concerns to the department manager/supervisor.
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Performs other duties as required.
Degree/Licenses:
Three to six months related experience and/or training.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for long periods of time. Must be able to lift, bend, kneel, stoop. Must be able to frequently lift and carry food, beverage, and other items weighing up to 45 pounds. Must be able to interact verbally and listen attentively to guests.
Job Type: Part Time
Required experience:
Bartending Experience: 1 year
Must be 21 years or older.
This job is a civilian position and does not require military service (including commission and enlistment)
