Line Cook at Grand Stand Sports Pub inside the Event Center at Grand Park

Compensation: up to $25 per hour

Type: Full-time: 32-40 hours weekly

Responsible for setting up the prep station, stocking inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. Ultimately, you will play an essential role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and restaurant growth.

Work Schedule:

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Weekdays: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Weekends: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Times subject to change depending on events)

Qualifications:

Preferred: Serve Safe certification; if not certified, we will facilitate certification

Responsibilities:

Execute line cooking duties during service

Prepare ingredients and dishes as needed

Ensure kitchen sanitation and safety standards are upheld

Assist with special events as required

Support dishwashing tasks when necessary

Strong communication skills

Knife skills
