What Youll Do

• D eliver i t ems to guest rooms and stocking linen closets

• Dust furniture and fixtures

• Deliver messages and run errands

• Clean and sanitize hotel rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas

• Step in as needed to make beds

• Replace linens, towels and guest amenities

• Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, take out trash

• Identify and report maintenance issues

• Stock housekeeping carts and replenish supplies

• Adhere to all sanitation, safety and hotel standards

• Provide excellent customer service to guests

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred

• 3:00pm - 11:30pm shift and possibly mornings as well (8-4:30pm)

• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

• Responsible self-starter able to work with minimal supervision

• C omfortable working with the public

• A team player who can work within a fast-paced environment

• H ave excellent communication skills

• This is a full-time position requiring availability for all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
