Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of this position is to clear tables; prepare set-up trays;
deliver set-ups to guest; and clean the restaurant front of house (FOH).

Duties
1. Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
2. Adhere to sanitation and safety policies
3. Setting up dining areas
4. Stock supplies and service areas
5. Filling and refilling water bottles
6. Polishing silverware with vinegar
7. Making roll-ups
8. Stocking glassware
9. Sweeping floors before, during, and after service
10. Maintaining restroom checks every half hour
11. Stocking ice
12. Providing set-ups, condiments, or to go supplies to guests
13. Bus tables
14. Always carry a ShuvIt in your apron
15. Balancing tables with a Shuv-It before, during, and after service
16. Clearing dirty items from tables after guests finish eating.
17. Bring table numbers, caddies, and bottle tops to sanitation table
18. Sanitize table numbers, caddies, and water bottle tops
19. Sanitize tables and chairs with disinfectant
20. Sweep below each table after guests has finished eating and leaves
21. Assist in running drinks
22. Assist in seating
23. Assist in running food
24. Clean and replace all broom and porters
25. Assist with caddy refill
26. Assist with cleaning ketchup bottle tops at the end of service
27. Assist with Tabanero refill and cleaning
28. Restock water bottles
29. Clean windows and doors
30. Clean and dust chairs
31. Mop floor daily at closing
32. Dust AC ducts and vents
33. Dust light fixtures
34. Use leaf blower to clean the exterior of the restaurant, including the roof gutters
35. Move umbrellas for guests throughout service to provide maximum coverage while eating
36. Set up umbrellas upon opening
37. Remove umbrellas at closing
38. Lock all tables and chairs at closing
39. Unlock all tables and chairs at opening
40. Break down cardboard boxes
41. Ensure all dumpster lids are always closed
42. Ensure all areas around dumpsters remain clean
43. Ensure back doors always remain closed
44. Take required and scheduled breaks before a break violation occurs
45. Clean break rooms before, during, and after service
46. Notify a Manager when you notice the stock of something is low
47. Always let guests have the right of way
48. Always wear non-slip shoes while working
49. Keep server trays clean
50. Run server trays through the dishwasher before clocking out
51. Take out trash to the dumpsters as needed
52. Sweeping and mopping restrooms
