15-17 HOURS WEEK (PAID NIGHTLY IN CASH) SHIFT IS 6PM - 11PM or 12AM EVERY OTHER FRIDAY OR SATURDAY
3 DAYS PER WEEK. CLOSED SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS. YOU WILL BE NEEDED THREE NIGHTS PER WEEK - EXAMPLE TUES, WED, THUR one week. The following week may be THUR FRI and SAT. WE CAN BE FLEXIBLE ON OCCASSION WHEN A SPECIFIC DATE OFF IS REQUESTED.

Experience:

-----Prior experience in bar, pub, or late-night kitchen settings preferred.

-----Ability to prepare burgers, wings, fries and sandwiches as well as fryer appetizers.

-----Experience with fast, high-volume cookingpeople want quick bites between songs!

Skills:

-----Comfortable with grill and fryer-heavy menus.

-----Ability to multitask and work under pressure, especially during busy weekend nights.

-----Knowledge of drunk-friendly comfort foodgotta keep those karaoke singers happy!

Responsibilities:

-----Prepare and cook food with speed and consistency for hungry singers and spectators.

-----Maintain a clean and organized kitchen despite fast-paced food service.

-----Assist bartenders and servers to ensure food arrives quickly without disrupting performances.

Work Environment:

-----Comfortable with a lively, high-energy atmosphereyoull hear a lot of off-key singing!

-----Ability to stay focused and efficient, even with music blasting in the background.

-----Open to late-night shiftskaraoke doesnt stop early!

Availability and Scheduling:

-----Must be available for evening and late-night shifts, including weekends.

-----Ability to handle rush hours during peak karaoke times (prime time: weekends, special events).

Preferred Qualifications:

-----Experience in nightlife or entertainment venue kitchens is a huge plus.

-----Food handler certification is required; alcohol safety certification is a bonus. (If you do not have one, we can help!)

-----Creative input on fun bar food specials is welcomeyour food should add to the karaoke fun!

-----**Must have reliable transportation, good attitude and great work ethic!
