We cook andfreeze rice for retail stores, with products in over 10,000 storesaround the country. It is a great place to learn new skills, earncompetitive pay, and build a career!When fully staffed, we have a maintenance team of 25 working on avariety of machines. We are looking for maintenance personnel withvarious skill sets (electrical, mechanical, etc.) and all levels. Weprovide on-the-job, offsite technical, and vendor training.We have anadvanced facility with a wide variety of machinery. Were looking forindustrial maintenance workers with diverse skill sets, including;electrical, welding, mechanical, and more. Our manufacturing facilityincludes the following equipment:- Robotic packaging and palletizers- High-speed scaling and bagging- Steam boilers, blanchers, cookers, and water treatment- Sophisticated rice cleaning and sorting- Tunnel freezers, tunnel dryers, and various conveyors**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Perform regular maintenance checks on food production machinery and equipment, including conveyors, mixers, packaging lines, and refrigeration units to ensure optimal performance;- Cooperate with supervisors, machine operators, and other maintenance personnel in troubleshooting and repair of production equipment;- Quickly diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues in various machines and equipment to minimize production disruptions.- Assist with maintaining parts inventory, ordering necessary parts, and ensuring that spare parts are available to reduce equipment downtime.- Calibrate and adjust machinery to meet production specifications, ensuring high-quality output.- Maintain a safe work environment for all personnel and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
