Position Overview:
As a lead line cook at Percy, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes while maintaining a clean and organized work station. We are seeking a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in delivering top-tier meals. Schedule includes two morning prep shifts and 3 pm line cook shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standard
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Ensure that dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards
  • Assist in prepping ingredients for daily use

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A passion for food and creating great culinary experiences
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
