Job DetailsPosition Overview:
As a lead line cook at Percy, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes while maintaining a clean and organized work station. We are seeking a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in delivering top-tier meals. Schedule includes two morning prep shifts and 3 pm line cook shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standard
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Ensure that dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards
- Assist in prepping ingredients for daily use
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for food and creating great culinary experiences
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Wages and Benefits:
