Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and item information (master data) for efficient order processing and invoicing.
Process customer orders (via email, fax, EDI) including verifying order details (items, prices, quantities, delivery dates) to ensure accuracy.
Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, and follow through to resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounting, logistics, manufacturing, quality) regarding customer orders.
Prepare monthly commission reports for brokers and submit for approval.
Organize the shipment of samples according to instructions from the responsible Account Manager.
Prepare necessary export documentation, including certificates.
Support the collection of open accounts receivables.
Archive related files and documents.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications / Minimum Requirements
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
Previous experience in Consumer Goods (CPG) is required.
College degree or equivalent experience.
Proven work experience in operations, preferably in the food industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
Attention to detail and proactive approach in handling customer requests.
Service-oriented with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new software quickly.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
