UES Housekeeping with some cooking

I am looking for a full-time housekeeper who will do deep cleaning (laundry, ironing, bathrooms, etc.) as well as some cooking (you just need to be able to follow a recipe). The person needs to understand, speak and read English very well. The person may not have a criminal background and must have excellent references. The person must be hardworking, reliable, trustworthy, and a very good cleaner.
