Linen Attendant Control

Specific Job Functions:

• Stock clean linen in Guest Room Attendants (GRA) locker room.
• Clear soiled linen from the linen chute.
• Use motorized carts to transport full and empty hampers from tower to linen dock and other departments.
• Assist in weighing-in hampers of clean linen from vendors.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment on the linen dock.
• Keep biohazard area neat, safe and clean.
• Identify and count soiled bed linen with complete accuracy.
• Fill out Soiled Bed Linen Count Forms with complete accuracy.
• Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.

Qualifications:

• At least six months’ experience in Housekeeping or a similar environment preferred.
• Previous experience at a large resort preferred.
• Previous experience using a weight scale preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor a must.
• GED or high school diploma preferred.
