As a Laundry Aide you will help our residents to look their best! Providing Misericordia with a welcoming & pleasant environment for all. We have two part time positions available.

Your laundry duties would include:

• Sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding clothing and other textile items.
• Removing stains from items using appropriate procedures.
• Maintaining the inventory of detergents and other like items.

Characteristics of a successful candidate:

• General Housekeeping/Laundry experience.
• Maturity and enthusiasm. A commitment to working with a senior population.
• Detailed orientated, self-motivated.
• Ability to communicate. Must be able to follow written and spoken directions.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

We currently have Two Part Time Openings:

Each Opening works two days a week. We have a two-week pay cycle.

Part Time Days: 6 am to 2 pm

Week 1: You would work Friday and Monday. 6 am to 2 pm.

Week 2: You would work Saturday and Sunday. 6 am to 2 pm.

Part Time Evenings: 3 pm to 11 pm

Week 1: You would work Monday and Tuesday. 3 pm to 11 pm.

Week 2: You would work Monday and Tuesday. 3 pm to 11 pm.
