We’re seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Technician II to join our Plant Engineering Services team. In this intermediate-level role, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks that support the reliability, safety, and performance of our physical structures - including HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, utilities, and building infrastructure.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of experience in plant operations and general maintenance within a healthcare facility or similar environment
Valid driver’s license
Proven ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse cultures and across all levels of the organization
Proficiency with tools and equipment commonly used in facility maintenance
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, safety standards, and compliance protocols
Successful completion of all required competency assessments and skill validations
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a healthcare setting
Broad knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, including repair and troubleshooting
Familiarity with building, electrical, and fire codes
Experience interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics
Working knowledge of The Joint Commission standards and healthcare compliance requirements
