Key Responsibilities
Lead truck operations: cleanliness, food quality, safety, equipment, and driving
Deliver a Five-Star customer experience every time
Support food truck and catering functions as needed
Manage workflow between stations and during shift changes
Ensure food is properly portioned, safe, and consistent
Assemble and load supplies for scheduled locations
Keep truck stocked and clean, inside and out
Operate and monitor generator and fuel
Handle customer service and resolve concerns professionally
Follow food safety and storage guidelines
Requirements
Valid state drivers license
