Our new Laguna Beach location is looking for enthusiastic Kitchen Staff who thrive in a team-driven, fast-paced environment. Position Overview:
As part of our all-hands-on-deck kitchen crew, youll be involved in every aspect of daily operations from working the line and prepping ingredients to washing dishes and keeping the space sparkling clean. We operate as one team, and every role in the kitchen supports the whole.
What Were Looking For:
Team-first attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred but not required
Comfortable working under pressure during busy hours
Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail
Willingness to wash dishes, clean equipment, and pitch in across all kitchen tasks
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and be on your feet for extended shifts
Open availability, including weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
Work on tickets as a team during service
Assist with food prep: chopping, portioning, labeling, and organizing ingredients
Wash dishes, clean workstations, and maintain sanitation standards
Help with daily kitchen cleaning and upkeep
Support team in opening and closing duties
Participate in restocking and inventory management
Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
Be a dependable, communicative team player who helps keep the kitchen flowing smoothly
What We Offer:
Competitive pay: $20$22/hour ($17/hour + tips), based on experience
