Luxury Airbnb Cleaner Floating Suites (Baltimore $25/hour$150/day

FLOHOM is redefining waterfront living through luxury floating suitesand were looking for a highly detailed, reliable cleaner to join our team in Baltimore.

This is a unique opportunity to work on the water in a beautiful setting, supporting high-end short-term rentals. Cleaners play a key role in creating a premium guest experienceand we take that seriously.

Job Responsibilities:
Clean and reset floating suites between guest stays
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living spaces
Launder and restock linens, amenities, and supplies
Stage welcome items and ensure each suite is guest-ready
Follow detailed checklists and report any issues or inventory needs
Communicate with the Operations Manager as needed

Requirements:

Must be extremely detail-oriented
Must have reliable transportation
Comfortable working on the water (suites are docked)
Experience with Airbnb, STR, or hospitality cleaning preferred
Ability to lift, bend, and work independently
Available weekends + flexible on weekdays

Pay & Schedule:
Pay: $25/hour or up to $150/day (based on shift length)
Schedule: Flexible shifts (mostly daytime), weekends required
