What Youll Do:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations
• Drive sales and manage costs
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
• Create a positive, energetic, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike
  
  

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in restaurant management (pizza or casual dining a plus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• A passion for hospitality and delivering a great guest experience
• Experience with inventory, bookkeeping, or financial management
