Job Overview

The Baker will provide exceptional baking, organization and cleanliness of the kitchen, patient and cafeteria meal services

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Follows and bakes all assigned standardized recipes for cafeteria and patient services
• Participates on meal service patient tray lines
• Responsible for ensuring exemplary level of cleanliness and sanitation in the bake shop and tray line areas
• Maintain relationship with all kitchen staff to ensure quality of work
