Sr. Receptionist

Your Impact
The primary purpose of the Sr. Receptionist role is to support a customer-friendly lobby environment for visitors, vendors, associates and the general public while supporting the security of Lowe's corporate facilities.

What You Will Do

• Greet, assist and/or direct visitors, vendors, associates and the general public by employing a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor at all times.
• Schedule appointments as needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs utilizing computer-based visitor management system.
• Maintain adequate supplies for office use, while keeping within established budgets.
• Organize and maintain office files and records in accordance with established guidelines.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings and conferences by providing logistical support such as room reservations, meeting room set-up, catering services, etc.
• Create and modify documents in Microsoft Office.
• Respond to routine requests for information and refer more complex requests to appropriate staff members.
• Gather, summarize, and distribute relevant data and information as directed.
• Periodically provide administrative support to the corporate facilities team in support of projects and data integrity within space management software.
• Periodically provide reception and other support services to executive suite leadership team.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School or GED and 1-2 Years Relevant work experience

Preferred Skills/Education

• Associate's degree Ideal candidate will have training in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Arts, Design, and/or other related fields.
