Your day to day

At our luxury property, we're crafting more than just mealswe're curating memorable moments. As our next Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be at the helm of a dynamic team, helping shape our reputation as a destination for both discerning locals and global IHG travelers.

We're seeking curious, passionate professionals who see hospitality as both an art and a craftand who take pride in making every interaction exceptional.

What you'll be doing:

Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of hospitality professionals to deliver elevated, heartfelt service across all F&B outlets

Designing and delivering unforgettable guest experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence and innovation

Upholding the highest standards in food, beverage, and servicewhile championing responsible and sustainable practices

Partnering with hotel leadership to meet financial targets and drive creative, guest-centered initiatives

Overseeing the full spectrum of F&B operationsincluding multiple restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banquet venues, and event spaceswith a strong presence at our pools and outdoor experiences, where relaxed luxury meets impeccable service

Ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand's luxury ethos, from morning coffee to sunset cocktails

What we need from you

Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field

2+ years' related experience, including management experience

Must speak local language

Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.
