As we continue to grow our team, we are seeking dynamic, service-driven individuals who can deliver excellence whether behind the bar or on the dining room floor.
Position Summary:
Our Server/Bartenders are versatile hospitality professionals who create memorable guest experiences by providing warm, attentive service and expertly crafted beverages. Whether you're mixing signature cocktails or guiding guests through our global menu, your goal is to deliver polished, high-quality service in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage guests warmly and professionally
Present menus, explain dishes and drinks, and offer pairing recommendations
Take accurate food and drink orders and input them into the POS system
Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and timing
Prepare classic and signature cocktails according to house recipes
Manage drink orders efficiently at the service bar and guest bar
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and tables
Check guest satisfaction regularly and handle concerns with professionalism
Ensure guests have an exceptional experience from seating to final bill
Work collaboratively with hosts, bussers, food runners, and kitchen staff
Uphold all local, state, and company regulations for food safety and alcohol service
Requirements:
12 years of experience as a server, bartender, or hybrid role in a high-volume or upscale setting
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable handling POS systems and managing checks accurately
Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and deliver fast-paced service
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
A positive attitude, team mentality, and passion for hospitality
