Custodian

Job Description:
Sweeps, mops, dusts, vacuums, wash windows, clean all offices, restrooms, break areas, cafeterias and all other areas assigned. Must know the proper use of all power cleaning equipment such as: floor buffers, scrubbers and vacuum cleaners.

Must know the proper use of chemicals to be used in the cleaning operations, replenishes supplies in restrooms, disinfects all restroom fixtures and empties waste receptacles, strips and refinishes tile floors in all offices and cafeteria areas using proper materials and equipment.

Perform other duties assigned. Work under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.

Experience Required:

Minimum of 6 months performing cleaning operations in an industrial setting.
